Rob Shinsky started working at Les Olson Jewelers in 1999 and throughout his 25 years in the business he has gained valuable experience. He is a JA Certified Jeweler and at the time of his certification he was only 1 of 2 JA Certified jewelers in the state of Florida. “It’s important that people know that they’re leaving their jewelry with someone who has been trained and exceeds the standards of what a jeweler should be.” Rob also trained at the Stewarts International School for Jewelers and has become a certified CAD artist.
He has worked beside his father Bob Shinsky since day one. “Just about everything I know about being a jeweler I learned from my dad. It hasn’t always been easy but my dad expects the best craftsmanship possible and he’s made me the jeweler I am today.” If you want to be the best you must learn from the best.
