Is it Secure?
We understand that selling your gold via mail can seem a bit scary, but we assure you our gold buying kits are extremely safe if you follow the proper steps. Our gold buying kits are insured in the event a package gets lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose to ship us your items through your own carrier and packaging, you will assume all liability for that package. Once we receive your package. It will be opened under video surveillance. Prior to shipping, it is important that you fill out the customer return form in your kit and describe each piece of jewelry you are sending. We also encourage everyone to take pictures of your items prior to sending. All our packaging is super discrete and durable!
What If I Don’t Like the Offer?
If you do not wish to sell your item(s) we will ship them back to you at no cost.

While we are always buying gold, we buy diamonds and as well. As long as the gemstone is in good condition, we will make an offer to purchase. If you are looking to sell a complete piece of jewelry, we would make you an offer for the gold weight and any stones in your jewelry.
How Soon Will I Get My Money?
Once you approve our offer, we can either pay you for your gold via PayPal or a mailed. The quickest way to receive your funds is PayPal. In most cases, funds will be in your PayPal account within 24 hours of accepting our offer. If you prefer to get paid via check, you will receive payment within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
