Step 3 Casting & Setting
Once the 3D printed model is perfected and approved, it is used to create the final piece through casting. The printed model is covered with a special material called investment, then heated to create a cavity where molten yellow gold, white gold, platinum, or silver is poured in. Once cooled, the casted metal piece is carefully cleaned and polished. Our skilled jewelers then set any gemstones or diamonds in the studio, ensuring each stone is placed with precision and care. The result is a custom, high-quality jewelry piece, ready to be worn and cherished.
